Same-day, or planned ahead — your call
If you place your order by 12pm, your flowers will be delivered the same day, by 5pm at the latest. Order after 12pm and it's still same-day, just possibly a bit later than 5pm depending on traffic. And if today's not urgent, you're not locked into "now" — you can pick any future delivery date at checkout, which makes this just as good for planning a birthday two weeks out as it is for a same-day save.
How it works
1. Choose your arrangement. Browse by occasion, size, or style — every arrangement starts at $85, with deluxe and premium tiers available if you want to go bigger. If the exact flowers pictured aren't in season or in stock the day we build your order, we substitute with something of equal or greater value, keeping the overall look and color story as close to what you saw as we can.
2. Add the recipient's details and a personal card message. We'll ask for their name, delivery address, and phone number — the phone number isn't for spoiling the surprise, it's so our driver can reach them directly if there's a gate code, an access issue, or a quick question during delivery. On the card message: this is the part people rush through and shouldn't. A specific, genuine line beats a generic "Happy Birthday!" every time.
3. Confirm delivery details and check out. Double-check the address, add any delivery notes (buzzer codes, gate codes, suite numbers — the little details that make a real difference), and pay through our secure checkout. You'll get an email confirmation the moment your order goes through, and a second one once it's actually delivered — so you're never left wondering whether it happened.
What happens after you check out
From there, it's on us — hand-arranged by our team or one of our trusted local partners, and delivered by someone who actually knows the city. If no one's home when it arrives, we don't just leave it and hope — we have a real process for that too.
